Herringbone vs. 7 part 5 bight

After weeks months of trying to get the 7 part 5 bight Knot to hold a coin or gem or. . .
I have finally decided to try a different end knot. a 7p5b TH interwoven with a herring bone.
we'll see how it works, and maybe I'll finally finish this Whip!

Depending on how much time I get to work on them 2 to 3 months.
Sometimes less sometimes more. That and I'm still working out the little kinks, (no pun intended).
