Is the quote a Dark Tower reference? I know the Tick-Tock Man, but I don't remember that being in the books...

Regardless, this is lovely whip and I'd love to own it!

Reference to Harlan Ellison's story of the same name

Having attempted to work with leather braiding, I know just how difficult and time consuming this bullwhip was to make. I don't think some folks understand that working with leather is not just making a wallet at camp. This plait work of yours is absolutely gorgeous. The meticulousness and "clean-ness" of the plaits are like nothing else I have ever seen in leather. Very good work indeed. huzza and many kudos to you.

thank you, but it's nylon cord not leather, I've done a few leather whips but the cost of leather is prohibitive

Nonetheless; a difficult procedure and your result is flawless. Still a beauty.
